My name is Anette and I am an Ayurvedic Health Consultant. My main mission in life is to help pregnant women feel calm, cared for and ready to take on postpartum like the goddesses they are. There are plenty of tools, tricks and things that can help you during that period. And I found some of the best ways through Ayurveda.
Our body stores all the wisdom, we just have to listen more deeply. We have to create space for it to speak and then we have to land in a place of acceptance to what is.

My Story
After my first baby, I was overwhelmed, exhausted and completely unprepared for what postpartum would really be like. I lost myself in the sleepless nights, the constant feeding and the pressure to bounce back.
When I was pregnant again, I knew I had to do it differently. That’s when I found Ayurveda. It felt like someone handed me the missing manual for motherhood. It showed me how to nourish my body, protect my energy and honour those first weeks as sacred, not something to rush through.
My second postpartum was calm, supported and deeply healing. The complete opposite of my first.
Now I help other mums-to-be prepare for postpartum in the same way, so they can feel safe, centred and cared for in one of the most important seasons of their life. ✨
